REFUND POLICY
1. Cancellation & Refund Timeline:
- Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled service date are eligible for a full refund.
- Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled pickup time will receive a 50% refund.
- Cancellations made within two hours of pickup time or no-shows will not be refunded.
2. Deductions & Processing:
- All refunds will be processed after deducting applicable fees and taxes.
3. Refund Request Procedure:
- To request a refund, customers must email info@securemedtrans.com or call/text 202-945-9905.
4. No Refund Policy:
- No refunds will be issued if the customer is a no-show (not available at the scheduled pickup time).
- No refunds will be granted if incorrect information was provided regarding: Pickup or drop-off location, Patient’s weight, Any other details affecting trip feasibility.
By booking with Secure Med Trans LLC, customers agree to this refund policy.
